01What happens to my old conversations?
Conversation histories, contacts and macros stay with your current provider. askVela starts with the knowledge from your store, meaning help pages, products and files, and is ready to go from day one.
02How does my help center get from Zendesk or Intercom into askVela?
If it's public, askVela reads it through a website scan or sitemap. You upload exports as PDF, DOCX, HTML, Markdown, TXT or CSV. No separate import tool needed.
03Do I have to cancel my old contract first?
No. You can try askVela for 14 days before switching over. Your current contract follows your provider's notice periods.
04Is the AI included in the price?
Yes, as a quota: 1,000, 4,000, or 12,000 AI answers per month. If it runs short, 1,000 more answers cost €25. Without a pack the AI hands over to your team until the next period begins.
05How long does the switch take?
