Does askVela work with WooCommerce?
Yes. The free plugin embeds the chat on every page and exposes a secure, signed endpoint so the assistant can answer order and product questions. It works with both classic and High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
Is my order and customer data secure?
Yes. The order lookup only answers requests carrying a valid HMAC-SHA256 signature created with your private secret. Without the secret, no data is ever returned.
Will it slow down my shop?
No. The widget loads asynchronously after your page, and the order lookup runs through the official WooCommerce API only when a verified request comes in.
Which languages are supported?
The assistant replies in your customer’s language — English, German, French and Spanish out of the box, with more available. The admin interface is translated too.
