Reactivate your Duolingo subscription

If your Duolingo subscription was temporarily ended after an update, you can request reactivation here. Your learning progress will be retained.

How reactivation works

• Enter your order number and the email address from your order confirmation.
• Find and select your Duolingo profile.
• We will renew your invitation automatically, usually within 24 hours.

Will my XP and progress be retained?
Yes. XP, streaks, and achievements are linked to your account and will be retained. After reactivation, you can continue as usual.
