Question: Can I add the Premium feature to my existing account or will I get a new access?

Answer: In most cases, the Premium features are activated directly on your existing account. However, there are some exceptions where we provide you with a new access.

Premium on your existing account

  • In most cases, we activate the Premium feature directly on your existing account.

  • Normally, you do not need to create a new account for this.

  • Only in a few exceptional cases will a new access be provided.

Here is the exact overview for all services:

  • Duolingo: Activated on an existing account

  • Canva: Activated on your existing private Canva account. You do not need a new access for this. After purchase, you will receive an activation link from us by email, via which the Pro features will be unlocked. The offer can then be used for 12 months. If you already have a Canva Pro subscription directly with Canva, you can also use our offer — the important thing is to cancel the current Canva subscription beforehand so that you are not charged twice.

  • Adobe: Activated on an existing account

  • CCleaner: Activated on an existing account

For the following services, we create a new access especially for you, with Premium already activated by us. You can of course change all details such as passwords afterwards to suit your preferences:

If you already have an active subscription

If you already have a running subscription with Duolingo, the newly ordered Super Duolingo usually cannot be activated on your account immediately. It will only be activated once your existing subscription has expired.

Using Canva on an existing account

  • After purchase, you will receive an activation link by email that unlocks the Pro features.

If you already have a Canva Pro subscription directly with Canva

  • You can also use our offer if you have already taken out a standard Pro subscription directly through Canva.

  • It is important that you cancel the subscription currently running through Canva beforehand so that you are not charged the full monthly price any further.

  • Only then should you make the purchase through us.

How to tell that activation worked

After activation, you should see the Pro features in your existing Canva account, for example premium templates and other Pro content.
