Find your Duolingo username

To activate your account, we need the username from your Duolingo profile. We use it to find your account and send the invitation to that exact profile.

How to find it in the Duolingo app

1. Open the Duolingo app.
2. Tap the three dots in the bottom right to open the account section.
3. Tap Profile.
4. Your username appears below your name, for example @LenaMeyer638482. Enter it exactly as shown.

On plusfox.de/duoactivate, you'll find the link “How do I find it?” next to the input field, with images showing these steps.

What to keep in mind

• You can enter your username in our field with or without @.
• Please don't enter your email address.
• Please don't enter your display name (the name shown in large text above your username). Many people have the same display name.
• Check the profile picture and @username in the search results before confirming. Similar usernames can easily look alike.
• If you've been signed in to multiple accounts in the app, check which account you actually use. The invitation will only appear in the account you select.

Frequently asked questions

I can't find my profile in the search. Check the spelling carefully, especially any numbers at the end. Enter at least 2 characters and wait briefly for the results to load.

I accidentally selected the wrong profile. Contact us at info@plusfox.de with your order number and correct username. We'll withdraw the invitation and send it to your account.
